How to get back the menu bar in Android Studio Hedgehog?

Since updating to Hedgehog I only have the hamburger menu.
How can I get back the old/full menu bar?

    You should uncheck Enable New UI option In Settings (Burger Menu -> File -> Settings):

    This is the worst change. It just increases the number of clicks unnecessarily.
    Moreover, I cannot accept the decision to make this change the default.
    Practicality is sacrificed in favor of design.
    This is one of the stupidest choices humankind has made.
