This is due to Docker moving to compose-v2
See https://docs.docker.com/compose/migrate/ for details.
On Ubuntu 24.04, if you installed the
docker-compose
package, uninstall it and installdocker-compose-v2
.Now, instead of running
docker-compose up -d
rather rundocker compose up -d
