Android Studio – Android Studio Android resource linking failed error .. AAPT: error: resource android:attr/lStar not found. at values.xml 105

At first I was able to run everything with no problems,but then suddenly this error started appearing everytime I try to build pointing me to this xml file specifically : C:UsersLenovo.gradlecachestransforms-2files-2.1f243f87f287fb4f4052bd069a9b71980core-1.7.0resvaluesvalues.xml:105:5 .. saying AAPT: error: resource android:attr/lStar not found
I even tried creating a new empty project, but the problem still occurs every time I attempt to run..so what’s the problem being created at this XML file?
