I’ve got a CloudLinux 7.8 (based on CentOS 7) machine and I’m trying to install postgresql11-devel onto the system and it fails due to ‘llvm-toolset-7-clang >= 4.0.1’.
Here is the full error
[map7@ded94686 testapp]$ sudo yum install postgresql11 postgresql11-devel postgresql11-libs postgresql11-server

You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
I’ve tried installing the latest llvm-toolset-6.0 but it cannot find it.
[map7@ded94686 testapp]$ sudo yum install llvm-toolset-6.0

Update
Tried just installing the libpqxx-devel package but get the same error
Update
Unfortunately this machine has CPanel on it, which could be getting in the way.

Adding the centos SCL doesn’t work, but maybe there is something similar for cloudlinux, but I don’t know what it is.

Like Rishitha Minol said, but specific to CentOS:
then update or install as needed.
Found here.
llvm5.0-devel
is part of EPELYou need both EPEL and SCL, so also
You’d have to ask the CentOS / Red Hat people why they decided to scatter things around like this.

Install the repository RPM for PostgreSQL version 9.5 ~13(current), this is not an answer to the question:
install the extra repositories.
To install Postgresql-11 on CentOS7, there are some packages are required to install, and during install PostgreSQL by "yum install postgresql11* "those requirements will be download from the available repo.
This will also resolve this problem if you are using CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
I had 2 errors ->
toolset solution is up there but to install llvm5.0-devel first I had to install
Then this worked
