  1. The message is clear, give them the steps to go to the in-app purchases Screen.

  2. Provide them with screenshot of the place of IAP and clear steps to reproduce.

    Sometimes I include a screenshot with all screens leading to IAP place in the app with numbers so the tester can’t get lost.
