Why Flutter or Dart doesn't have a LTS version?

I try to find a LTS version of Flutter but I can’t find a one then I look is there LTS version for Dart but it is also the same.
So how I select a version I can use some period without upgrading like python, java, springboot.

I look on flutter official documentation and the website also same for the dart.

    I think that is not possible in Flutter to have LTS, for several reasons:

    Compatibility with Platform Changes: Flutter needs to adapt to major updates in iOS and Android, which occur approximately once a year. This requires frequent updates to align with the latest platform changes and maintain compatibility.

    Flutter is a relatively new framework: Despite having stable versions,it continues to evolve. For instance, there have been recent significant changes, such as the transition to the Impeller rendering engine from Skia. This change aimed to solve animation jank issues on iOS and some overall performance issues.

    and as of my knowledge there no mobile dev framework that support LTS.

    The most comparable "LTS" version of Flutter is the stable branch. But as said on the other answer, no mobile framework/language that I know offers a "LTS" version.

    Besides from that, you can use some tools like fvm to lock into a specific flutter version (or change with lots of ease) and always keep the pubspec.lock file committed to ensure anyone building your project will use the same lib versions that you used.
