Have a full-height landing area with logo and text at www.basuranewyork.com
The landing area works fine on desktop and iphone.
But on Chrome on Android devices, the landing area (text and logo) loads low down, then "pops up" into place, vertically centering only once you tap the screen/begin to scroll.
The site is built using bootstrap. Have tried reorganising js scripts / moving calls to scripts from the header right to the end. Unable to find a resolve yet. Any ideas?

Can u post a screenshot or something of the issue ?
Not able to under your issue properly by your description. I check on an android device on chrome and seems to work fine. At least add a video or a screenshot – and obviously the source code.
