Not able to move elements to the right on a html page

I’m having an issue with element positioning on my web page

I’m trying to code the header from the design. Here is the design:

As you can see, the distance from the border should be the same for the Login, Signup and the logo, and i wasn’t able to do that.

Float: right didn’t make any difference at all. How do i make login-btn, signup-btn and cart-icon start from the right?
