VS CODE showing red squiggly line error to the first line of HTML boilerplate

Red Squiggly line in 1st line of Boilerplate of HTML

Whenever I write boilerplate of HTML by Emmet method , it always gives a red squiggly line under <!Doctype html> . Please give some solution to solve this issue.

I was expecting no error but got red squiggly lines error in the 1st line itself, although all the syntax are correct.
