How to fix that type of error when I try to run command "mongod" for MongoDB

I installed by instruction and when I try to connect by using mongod it’s just not working. I tried reinstall it’s not helping.

    you need to create the directory to the config with following cmd

    mongod -f rootpathtomongod.conf

    or using --config

    mongod --config rootpathtomongod.conf

    If you are using windows, try to check the link http://localhost:27017/ in your browser, if you see

    "It looks like you are trying to access MongoDB over HTTP on the native driver port."

    Then the DB is already running, and you don’t need to run mongod at all.
    Just connect to your DB through your app and continue your work.
