npm command failed and error code 1 when running "npm install" – React native

I recently changed computers from mac to pc and am getting this error on my windows machine where i previously didn’t get on my mac.

I have tried to run "npm install" on the root directory of my project, to try and install the dependencies associated with the project.

However i get this error and am unsure how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have python 3.11 installed and gyp 8.4.1 installed i believe.
