I’m using the PostgreSQL database and attempting to display details from the database in a JSP page using a data table. The issue here it displays only the database information but pagination, sorting and searching features are not getting implemented for the data table. I have looked for solutions but it still doesn’t work.

Also one strange observation is, the search, sort and pagination features are applying if I replace the existing table with another table using the same table ID:

</table>EDIT: After adding thead and tbody tags to the code, the search, sort and pagination icons got implemented but the features are still not working (i.e, unable to sort the content, search for content and paginate the contents) and I have again looked line by line.

You should write the first table like this format because data table follow this format:
Start the <c:forEach> inside the ‘tbody ‘
and close it before closing the ‘tbody’, hope this helps
