Visual Studio Code – Unable to create Virtual Environment – 'Nie mo' error

I use Visual Studio Code with Windows11 and I want to import pandas module, but when I want to create virtual environment to import module I get eror ‘Nie mo’.

I use Python 3.9.13
I tried to do the same as in the video

    Problem solved. I installed it using PyCharm and then switched back to VSC.

    You must first install the venv package using the command

    pip install virtualenv
