WordPress Plugin for ressourcen/usage

I need a plugin that will show me all usage of CPU, RAM, Disk etc and output it to me in some file format. Or someway to export the data from the terminal…

Does anyone have a solution?

I did install some plugins like wp server stats but it doesnt export the data for me.
